Pilates for all skill levels!
Post Rehab Pilates is appropriate for those who recently completed Physical Therapy, have chronic issues, or require modifications to Pilates exercises. Through an initial interview and across the three sessions included in our New Client Introductory Bundle, we will familiarize ourselves with your injury history, past treatments and current physical function abilities. Your private Pilates sessions will then be designed to meet your needs, wants, and goals with any physical limitations in mind. Matwork, reformer, spine corrector and a variety of props may all be combined to make the best possible session for you.
"Designer" Pilates offers a little something different for clients looking to break out of the mold. Gray's does not only focus on the rehabilitation potential of Pilates, we also strive to build fun programs designed for toning and tightening, general fitness, posture improvement, correcting muscle imbalances and EVERYTHING in between. Thanks to our unique blend of disciplines, we are especially well suited to clients who are brand new to pilates, as well as those with extensive past experience who are seeking new challenges.
STOTT Pilates will include essential, intermediate and advanced Pilates exercises and routines. As a certified STOTT instructor, Colleen can create flows utilizing the full host of our equipment that will engage and challenge beginners and advanced clients alike.
